\nACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER<\/span>
\nThe order sent by the Customer will be binding for Angry Fox SRLS only if the entire order procedure has been completed regularly and correctly without any error messages being highlighted by the Site. In his email inbox the Customer will receive confirmation of the order placed with a summary of the products, their prices and the general and specific conditions applicable to the order itself. We do not sell to anyone under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel any order whose credentials may cause us to doubt their veracity.<\/span>
\nBUYER’S OBLIGATIONS<\/span>
\nThe buyer is strictly prohibited from entering false and\/or imaginary data; the personal data and the e-mail must be exclusively your real and personal data and not those of third parties.<\/span>
\nTERMS OF PAYMENT<\/span>
\nThe purchase can be settled by credit card (through the Paypal platform), PayPal, bank transfer.<\/span>
\nPREORDERS<\/span>
\nReservations\/pre-orders are considered NON-CANCELLABLE.<\/span>
\nDEPOSITS<\/span>
\nWhen requested, especially for pre-orders\/reservations, they are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason.<\/span>
\nRIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/span>
\nPursuant to the articles. 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206\/05, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a reference in the order form of VAT number), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.<\/span>
\nTo exercise this right, the customer, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, must contact customer service at assistance@angryfoxvape.com declaring that they wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. Angry Fox SRLS will also proceed, within 14 days of returning the goods, to credit the amount after verifying the integrity of the goods and retaining only the amount of shipping costs. The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages), kept and possibly used according to normal diligence, without there being any signs of wear or dirt. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions: The return costs are borne by the customer, the product, packaging and contents of the box must be returned new, intact and with all accessories, in the case of “atomizers”, “resistances”, “replacement tanks” and “flavors” the right of withdrawal is possible (for hygienic reasons) exclusively if the product has never been used and in the case of “Flavours” not even opened.<\/span>
\nThe shipment of the goods to be returned must be addressed to: Angry Fox SRLS – via G.Polverosi 89 – Capraia e Limite – Florence (FI)<\/span>
\nFurthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: Packages opened by the customer, Bottles with the warranty seal not intact, Partially used products, Products damaged due to carelessness by the customer.<\/span>
\nGUARANTEES<\/span>
\nAll our products are covered by the guarantees provided for by European regulations on consumer goods and differ based on the type of product.<\/span>
\nSome products relating to the field of “electronic cigarettes” will have warranty restrictions, more precisely: 1) atomizers and Custom Caps (or resistors for rebuildable atomizers, consumable and perishable objects) and in general all products for personal use (in sanitary sense) once opened they do not have a guarantee for health and hygiene reasons. 2) batteries and all products that have one built-in have a 2-month warranty. 3) All remaining products excluded from the previously mentioned categories enjoy a 3 month warranty.<\/span>
\nThe date of repair and\/or replacement of a product under warranty does not postpone the expiry date of the warranty itself which always starts from the date of the first purchase.<\/span>
\nDefects manifested due to wear and tear, lack of or incorrect maintenance, improper use, tampering or voluntary and\/or involuntary damage (impacts, falls, etc.), cannot be considered defects of conformity. Poor maintenance or the possible impact\/fall of an electronic product are sufficient causes to seriously compromise its functioning, as well as the safety of its user. Any operating defects that arise due to poor and\/or incorrect maintenance or improper use cannot in any way be considered defects of conformity and invalidate the warranty on the product itself. Tampering with the product by persons not authorized by the Dealer irrevocably invalidates the warranty on the product and on the parts directly and\/or indirectly connected to it.<\/span>
\nRESPONSIBILITY’<\/span>
\nAngry Fox SRLS assumes no responsibility for damages of any kind (including damages for loss of profit, interruption of commercial activity, personal injury of any kind) that may arise to third parties and\/or customers as a result of use, even if authorized, of the products sold for any reason by Angry Fox SRLS. Under no circumstances will Angry Fox SRLS be responsible for any damage suffered by users and\/or third parties and, therefore, Angry Fox SRLS cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage deriving from the use of the information on the Site www.angryfoxvape.com, carried out by the same third parties.<\/span>

\nMAJOR FORCE<\/span>
\nAngry Fox SRLS will make all necessary efforts to maintain its obligations. However, Angry Fox SRLS cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include strikes, wars, natural disasters and any other event that makes the production, transportation or delivery of products impracticable.<\/span>
\nJURISDICTION<\/span>
\nThese Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. For anything not specifically indicated in these Conditions, please refer to the Legislative Decree. 185\/99 “implementation of Directive 97\/7 relating to consumer protection in relation to distance contracts”. For any dispute regarding these Conditions or the sale of products, the Court of Prato will be competent.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n
