SALE PRICES ON THE SITE

All prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of VAT. They are net of transport costs and any discounts due to promotion codes. Angry Fox SRLS reserves the right to make changes to sales prices at any time and without notice of any kind.

PRODUCTS

The images of the products on the Site are to be considered purely illustrative and not binding. However, the price will not undergo any change with respect to what is indicated at the time of the order.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER

The order sent by the Customer will be binding for Angry Fox SRLS only if the entire order procedure has been completed regularly and correctly without any error messages being highlighted by the Site. In his e-mail box the Customer will receive confirmation of the order made with a summary of the products, their prices and the general and particular conditions applicable to the order itself. We do not sell to persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to cancel any order whose credentials may make us doubt their veracity.

BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

It is strictly forbidden for the buyer to enter false and / or fictional data; the personal data and the e-mail address must be exclusively their real and personal data and not those of third parties.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The purchase can be settled by credit card (through Paypal platform), PayPal, bank transfer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a reference in the order form VAT number), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, must contact customer service at assistenza@angryfoxvape.com declaring that he wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal. Angry Fox SRLS will also proceed, within 14 days from the return of the goods, to the re-credit of the amount after verifying the integrity of the goods and withholding only the amount of shipping costs. The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging), kept and possibly used according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions: The return costs are charged to the customer, the product, the packaging and the contents of the box must be returned new, intact and with all the accessories, in the case of “sprayers”, “resistances”, “spare tanks” and “flavorings” the right of withdrawal is possible (for hygienic reasons) only if the product has never been used and in the case of “Aromas” it has never been opened.
The shipment of the goods to be returned must be addressed to: Angry Fox SRLS – via G.Polverosi 89 – Capraia e Limite – Florence (FI)
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: Packages opened by the customer, Bottles with the guarantee seal not intact, Products partially used, Products damaged due to negligence by the customer.

WARRANTIES

All our products are covered by the guarantees provided for by European regulations on consumer goods and differ according to the type of product.
Some products related to the field of “electronic cigarettes” will have warranty restrictions, more precisely: 1) atomizers and Custom Caps (or resistors for regenerable atomizers, consumable and perishable items) and in general all products for personal use (in sanitary sense) once opened they are not covered by a guarantee for health and hygiene reasons. 2) Batteries and all products that have one built-in have a 2-month warranty. 3) All other products excluded from the previously mentioned categories enjoy a 3 month warranty.
The date of repair and / or replacement of a product under warranty does not postpone the expiry date of the warranty itself which always and in any case starts from the date of the first purchase.
Defects manifested due to wear, lack of or incorrect maintenance, improper use, tampering or voluntary and / or involuntary damage (bumps, falls, etc.), cannot be considered as lack of conformity. Poor maintenance or any impact / fall of an electronic product are sufficient causes to seriously compromise its operation, as well as the safety of its user. Any operating defects that arise due to poor and / or incorrect maintenance or improper use, cannot in any way be considered conformity defects and invalidate the guarantee on the product itself. Tampering with the product by persons not authorized by the Reseller, irrevocably invalidates the guarantee on the product and on the parts directly and / or indirectly connected to it.

RESPONSIBILITY’

Angry Fox SRLS assumes no responsibility for damages of any kind (including damages for loss of profit, interruption of commercial activity, personal injury for any reason) that may arise to third parties and / or customers as a result of use, even if authorized, of the products sold for any reason by Angry Fox SRLS. Under no circumstances will Angry Fox SRLS be responsible for any damage suffered by users and / or third parties and, therefore, Angry Fox SRLS cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage deriving from the use of information from the www.angryfoxvape.com website, made by the same third parties.

PRIVACY

Angry Fox SRLS will process the Customer’s personal data in compliance with the European Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR) on privacy as specified in detail in the information in the Privacy section, to which reference should be made for further information.

MAJOR FORCE

Angry Fox SRLS will make every effort to fulfill its obligations. However, Angry Fox SRLS cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include strikes, wars, natural disasters and any other event that makes the production, transport or delivery of the products impracticable.

JURISDICTION

These Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. For anything not specifically indicated in these Conditions, the Legislative Decree 185/99 “implementation of Directive 97/7 on the protection of consumers in the field of distance contracts”. For any dispute concerning these Conditions or the purchase and sale of products, the Court of Prato will be competent.
